Ball quantities vary by package: our Starter Package includes 500 balls, Party Package includes 1,000+ balls, and Ultimate Package includes 2,000+ balls. All balls are non-toxic, BPA-free, and come in beautiful pastel colors perfect for photos.

Are the balls sanitized between rentals?

Yes! We take safety and hygiene very seriously. All balls, foam pieces, and surfaces are thoroughly sanitized with child-safe disinfectants after every single rental. Our deep cleaning protocol ensures your child plays in a safe, clean environment.

Can adults go in the ball pit too?

While our ball pits are designed for children ages 1-5, parents are welcome to join their little ones for photos and supervised play! However, we recommend adult supervision from outside the play area for optimal safety and to prevent overcrowding.

Our ball pits are ideal for 1-year-old first birthdays (dol celebrations) and up. For babies under 12 months who are not yet walking, we recommend close parental supervision and our low-sided ball pit options. All materials are non-toxic and safe for mouthing toddlers.

Can it be set up outdoors?

Yes! Our ball pits and soft play equipment can be set up both indoors and outdoors. For outdoor setup, we recommend a covered area or shade to protect from direct sunlight and weather. Outdoor setups are subject to weather conditions and may need to be moved indoors if it rains.
